Our Port Angeles crews treat the mold and the moisture source together β vapor barriers, drainage, and ventilation β not just the visible growth.
This service handles some of the most commonly misdiagnosed Port Angeles, WA mold problems, since crawl space issues often show up as a mystery smell somewhere else in the house.
Four reasons Port Angeles property owners trust us with this specific job.
Standard remediation gear doesn't always fit a crawl space β ours is built for it. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
A properly sealed vapor barrier blocks ground moisture from evaporating up into the crawl space air. Our Port Angeles equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
Standing water or poor drainage in a crawl space gets addressed alongside the mold, not ignored. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
Some Port Angeles clients set up a monitoring plan to catch humidity creep before it becomes mold again. Our Port Angeles equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
Every Port Angeles job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
Heavy-duty polyethylene sheeting gets sealed across the entire crawl space floor and up the foundation walls.
Standing water in a crawl space needs an exit route, whether that's a new sump pump or corrected grading outside.
Encapsulation costs more upfront but often eliminates repeat Port Angeles service calls entirely.
We check for any wood damage that goes beyond surface mold before treating, since rot needs a different fix.
We'll assess whether your crawl space should stay vented or convert to a sealed, conditioned design.
Some Port Angeles clients schedule an annual crawl space check as cheap insurance against round two.
We keep this simple enough to explain before you book, even though the space itself is anything but simple to work in.
A quick call helps our Port Angeles dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Port Angeles address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.

The questions we hear most about crawl space work.
Most residential crawl spaces are workable with the right training, even at 18 to 24 inches of clearance.
Encapsulation addresses the moisture source directly, which is usually what causes crawl space mold to return after a basic treatment.
If previous work only treated visible growth without addressing vapor barrier gaps or drainage, the moisture source was never actually fixed.
Air moves between a crawl space and living areas more than most people expect, especially through gaps around plumbing and ductwork.
A standard treatment typically takes one day; full encapsulation can take two to three days depending on square footage.
